Tutorials

This section provides a series of tutorial videos which cover the steps which are required to replicate the methodology in ‘Getting Started’ and which were covered in the regional training courses. The training courses used the 2010 version of Microsoft Excel, some local authorities may need upgrade to this version to ensure they can follow the steps covered most easily.

In order to view the tutorial videos you may also need to arrange for Adobe Flash to be installed on your computer.

The tutorial videos are broken down into three overall sections, mirroring the training courses. However, apart from the ‘housing need calculation’ which cannot be carried out until the end, you may prefer to carry out each section in a different order to suit your own local needs and depending on data availability.
