  • Data Unit LogoWe have published our first monitoring report on our compliance with our Welsh Language Standards.

From 25 January 2017, the Data Unit has committed to comply with the Welsh Language Standards, as set out by the Welsh Government under Section 44 of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011. These standards set clear expectations on us to provide services in Welsh to our customers, and to promote the use of the Welsh language through all the services.

Our annual monitoring report provides information on our compliance, any action that we’ve undertaken, as well as providing details of any complaints relating to our compliance with the Welsh Language Standards. We’re very proud to say that we received no complaints in 2016-17.
